Boys

2012
by Ella Hickson

Acutely observed and wickedly funny

The Guardian

A HighTide Festival Theatre/Nuffield Theatre Southampton/Headlong Production.

What would you do if someone told you – if you knew, if the look in some old guy’s face told you that being young was as good as it ever gets?

It's finals day at Edinburgh University for the Class of 2011. For this group of housemates, tonight's party will end an era. But the sun doesn't set, the heat won't dissipate, and the rubbish bags continue to build.

The encroaching real world looks more uncertain for this generation than ever.

Boys played at HighTide Festival, Nuffield Theatre, and Soho Theatre.
