The Warehouse is the umbrella name for the programmes through which HighTide encourages individuals to become involved in our work.
HighTide's open-access Research and Development Studio based in London, providing bursaries, space, and collaboration to emerging playwrights, directors, actors and companies, supported by the Genesis Foundation.
HighTide's annual playwright residencies in which three writer per year, sourced through an annual call for submissions, have one play fully produced and additional plays given further development and support.

The John Fernald Assistant Director Award
An annual bursary for three directors-in-training offering assisting roles in a HighTide festival production, the transfer and the opportunity to direct in the Genesis Laboratory.
HighTide's work with young people aged 13 - 21 in Suffolk, aimed at demystifying the process of theatre-making for the future generations of theatre practitioners.
HighTide's arts management training programme for elderly residents in Suffolk who help to manage and deliver the annual HighTide Festival.
