HighTide Festival Theatre, an engine room for discovering new playwrights and producing their plays, has passionately placed playwrights at the heart of our year round work since 2007 and we continue to commit to the development, production and advocacy for exceptional new voices in the UK and internationally. 

JUST ANNOUNCED: Playwriting Workshops in association with IdeasTap Inspries

We are offering 300 writers the chance to attend a free two-hour playwriting workshop.

The workshops will take place between December 2014 and February 2015 at six venues in Bristol, Ipswich, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Sheffield.
