HighTide Writers Profiled in The Observer

Playwright David Edgar profiles the six new playwrights currently defining British political theatre.
HighTide is delighted to have sourced, developed and produced two of the six featured playwrights through the annual HighTide Festival.
Adam Brace's professional debuet Stovepipe was produced in HighTide Festival 2008. HighTide transferred Stovepipe to London in a site-specific production in 2009 in association with the National Theatre and Bush Theatre. Adam's short-play Midnight Your Time will premiere in HighTide Festival 2010.
Lydia Adetunji's first play Fixer premiered in HighTide Festival 2009. Recently Fixer featured in the Australian National Play Festival alongside Stovepipe, where the two plays where chosen as representative of the best international new theatre writing of 2009/10.
