Bill is one of the most sought-after and lauded British actors working today. His proflic career branches theatre, television, film, and radio. He won a BAFTA Film Award for his perfomance in Richard Curtis' Love Actually (2003), and his most recent stage performance was in Sam Mendes' production of David Hare's The Vertical Hour on Broadway (2007).

David performed his monologues Berlin and Wall together for the first time at HighTide Festival 2009 in a production directed by Stephen Daldry.

David Hare is one of Britain’s most internationally performed playwrights. Fifteen of his plays have been presented at the National Theatre, including a trilogy– Racing Demon, Murmuring Judges and The Absence of War– which was presented in repertory in the Olivier Theatre in 1993. Ten of his best-known plays, including Plenty, The Secret Rapture, Skylight, The Blue Room, Amy’s View, The Judas Kiss, Via Dolorosa, and The Vertical Hour have also been presented on Broadway.

Sinead Cusack

In the untried climate of today, commercial viability is prioritized at the expense of risk taking and the support of untried talent. Imagination and innovation is vital to combat the state of affairs, and HighTide is exactly the response we need.

Sinead is a twice Tony-Award nominated actress from Ireland, who has worked for the Abbey in Dublin, RSC, National Theatre, Royal Court, and on Broadway. She recently starred in Sam Mendes' first Bridge Project Company, touring from BAM to London's Old Vic.

Sally Greene

HighTide is an example of the incredible wealth of talent, drive and determination that exists in our young artists, and the amazing things that can be achieved through a combination of vision, tenacity and courage.

Sally set up Old Vic Productions in 1993 (then called Criterion Productions) to produce, co-produce, manage and invest in a diverse portfolio of plays and musicals. She became Chief Executive of the Old Vic Theatre in 2003 and appointed Kevin Spacey as Artistic Director. Her productions include Billy Elliot the Musical and Vagina Monologues.
